Failure To call back
I have submitted over a dozen call backs to fix my account.
But everyone at Opensky is too busy to call me back and to fix my credit card account.

They Steal your money
These guys are low key crooks. They will post a payment to your account and then not credit it to you credit line for almost a week. When you call to ask why it’s posted but not reflected in credit line, they tell you they are “allowed to hold it for up to 5 business days until it posts” uhhh it’s already posted? “Oh well we’re allowed to hold it for any reason” so you credit it to my balance but not my available credit? That’s crooked when people have bills to pay. You won’t get another big payment out of me like this again if this is how you treat me as a customer. 0 out of 10 I can’t recommend these crooks. They make everything impossible and in the age of digital are primarily mail and fax based when dealing with issues aka they are UNACCESSIBLE TO MODERN USERS. Open sky can get f*cakes will not be doing business with them after this fiasco is settled. Absolutely heinous behavior. Don’t act like a 5 day hold is normal in 2026, ITS NOT

Not working
The app only works on my old iPhone, it keeps saying there’s connectivity issues. It becoming pretty hard to use the card in general.
It’s a scam
You can only pay with a checking card and that takes about 3 to 4 days for the payment to be withdrawn. If you want to pay instantly with a debit card, you can’t unless you call their customer service to have a rep do it for you at a $10 fee. If you make a payment and it returns for whatever reason, their payment return fee went from $25 to $40 overnight without any explanation or reason as to why. Charging me $40 for a return payment on a credit card where the credit is self funded is nothing but scam.
