Très bien pour le calendrier, description des spectacles, sélections des sièges, mais c’est là où ça déraille: devoir compléter sa commande sur le site web est problématique et certainement pas sans friction. Pourquoi même pouvoir stocker ses modes de paiement dans l’app quand elle ne s’en sert pas? Activez Pay s.v.p. Et enfin: pourquoi n’est-il pas possible de virer l’app au français?

Nice Design, Cannot Buy Tickets
This is a nicely designed app with a lot of information and features. Unfortunately, when I tried to purchase tickets today, I was never able to get past the “loading” wheel of death. Finally went directly to the website, and bought tickets with no problem.
Can’t enter simple account details
This application will not accept my account details. It consistently refuses to accept the name of a standard US city saying that the field includes unsupported characters. I’ve tried lots of variations. And it inconsistently declines a zip code that starts with zero, though that it valid.
Worst of all, the app provides no way to report problems.

Dear Bill, We are sorry for the problem you have encontered. With the latest version of the app (3.7.5), you should be able to book a ticket with an account that has a US zip code starting with a 0. For someone living outside France, this keeps me up to date and lures me back for favoured performances.
Login? navigation terrible
I am not sure they tested this app before releasing it into the wild. There is no login, so you can’t access tickets purchased online. Also, the navigation is a mess. I clicked into a show to find out more information, and had no way to navigate back out.
