LEARN AND PRACTISE
Use concise instructional cards, ordered sequences, recognition activities, multiple-choice questions and scenario-based challenges to reinforce knowledge. Activities are designed for short revision sessions and can be repeated to improve results.
TRACK PROGRESS
The Training Passport records completion across the app. Earn XP for completed activities, improve best scores and unlock achievements. Progress is stored locally on the device.
DESIGNED FOR OFFLINE USE
No account is required. The app has no advertisements, subscriptions or in-app purchases, and its training content can be used without an internet connection.
IMPORTANT TRAINING BOUNDARY
Operation Vanguard provides instructional summaries and knowledge practice. It does not replace instructor-led training, qualified supervision, physical practice, practical assessment or formal recording of Army Cadet Syllabus qualifications.
First Aid content is general educational revision and is not medical advice or first-aid certification. Practise physical techniques with a qualified instructor and seek appropriate professional or emergency assistance for real casualties.
Skill at Arms content is limited to safety knowledge and supervised decision-making. It does not provide weapon-handling instruction and must not be used as a substitute for authorised training by qualified staff.
Operation Vanguard is independently developed and is not an official qualification or official training record.
