Lag City
App has a lot of useful information and features and for the most part works as advertised, but it does lag especially when you are in the map screen…I’m not sure what causes the lagging issues there, but it is baddddd!
A real hassle
Keeps throwing my equipment off my list. Not user friendly. Just one more thing to have to work on as a farmer that constantly breaks.

Underwhelming
Design and refinement of the app is lacking. The way everything’s arranged is really messy and not intuitive at all. I know the app seems free but after my jd link subscription and the actual machinery costs this is actually the most expensive app ever and it should be close to perfect. R&D needs to be top. John deere is the top agriculture brand and this app is not even close

Good Progress
Good functionality and made a lot of progress in the past couple years. One feature I’d like to see is having the ability to choose how my HID modules show up. Whether it’s from where they were created or where they were dropped

Wont work with latest iOS update.
Crashes every 40 seconds!
It’s almost impossible to use, it doesn’t work 50% of the time and when it works, you can’t use it more then 40-50 seconds. Always crashes.

It’s a joke. Doesn’t load any new data and won’t load any coverage maps anymore
Glitchy
Very glitchy on iPad platform. Works better on android, but still glitchy. On Apple never shows equipment and randomly will crash.

Needs improvement
Lots of issues with loading of equipment. Have had to delete and reinstall many times to keep app working properly. Sends alerts due to potential codes and won’t load.

Please stop asking me to share my usage data. If I say no, I mean it. I understand that you really want it, but please don’t ask almost every time I open the app. I’m guessing if I were to agree, you wouldn’t continue to ask.

Absolutely Useless
It is great, on the very rare occasions if & when the app decides it wants to work. The GUI lag is insane. Then if the app decides the GUI input is accepted the app times out the the second you try to tap the equipment you’re searching. In the short, 0 stars were not given simply because it is not an option.

Select all machines
When I select my organization as a dealer, it does no longer select all machines. I have to go find each individual owner group.
Slow
Im a john deere technician using the app for work (or trying to). Its a cool app and concept but when you go to map view it freezes. I have an iPhone SE, not sure if its the same on newer devices, but the app is pretty useless without the map.
DO NOT USE FOR NAVIGATION
For custom operators going to fields you’ve never been to before do not trust this app to get you there. It will occasionally take you miles away from where you want to go and leave you in the middle of nowhere for no reason. It’s bad enough when you’re in a pickup, but disastrous when you’re driving a combine. I wish its interface with google maps would let you just manually drop a pin at the field and navigate to the pin instead. I’ve been complaining to my dealer about this for over a year now.
