Text Recognition!!
Was very excited to use but text recognition does not work!!! This is the reason I bought the notebook please fix it!
Does not work
I just got this and was excited to try it but it never worked. I wasted so much time trying to get it to work and nothing. Had customer support try to help me and nothing. Unfortunately, I am returning it. They told me it could be a defective pen.
Text Recognition does not work
I was excited to start using it for note taking in meetings, but text recognition does not work, so it is only slightly better than old school paper and pen. PLEASE FIX TEXT RECOGNITION!

Yeah, it's fun to use and I glad I got it and it certainly much more economical than anything at all competitive. I'd like to see if they could make the blackboard brighter, and perhaps have a desktop app as well. It would also be nice if they copied some of the boogie board software capabilities, such as joining pages into a single document.. But overall, this is a nice tool. Also, it would be good to see that they are addressing these upsets from other customers in these reviews. Is anyone reading these reviews from Ophaya? So far, I'm not experiencing the troubles that these other reviewers are mentioning, and I'm really hoping this continues to work well for me.

Absolutely love this, but having issues
When I first bought the board tablet in October of 2024 I absolutely loved it and it worked great and synced fine and everything. But more recently in the last few months I have been unable to get the text recognition to work I would get the error message "request timed out". I downloaded this for IOS and I've got an iPhone 15 Pro Max up to date. I backed up the data on the app to my phone. I deleted the app and then redownload the app back to my phone and synced up the backed up data and everything is there, but the text recognition is still not working and now I'm getting a new error message when I try the text recognition of "Could not connect to server." I don't know what happened, but I would really like to be able to use text recognition.
