Checkout in the App Doesn’t Work
OPIE is great but trying to place an order and checkout in the app is horrendous.
Whenever you attempt to checkout on the app the order won’t go through, it’ll say the card failed/request timed out/can’t place order for some profound reason. I’d love to place an order and give them my business but their app literally won’t take my money no matter how I attempt to pay or how many times I add a card

I wrote a review a couple of years ago when I first started using Opie and said it was a dream come true- it still is. I was exhausted coming back from my trip after Thanksgiving and I needed a few things in the house. I just picked up my phone touched a few buttons 20 minutes later I had groceries in my car. I can’t tell you how grateful I am for the service and the employees are always A-plus! I you haven’t given them a thought before, you owe it to yourself to give them a try.

Staff here is amazingly kind and fast, the service of us being able to grab and pick up in under a few minutes is so convenient. And the coffee is out of this world. Better than Starbucks! Love Opie and keep up great service!

User Experience Ordering on IPad
Hi, I like the company and service and availability! I think the app is fairly user friendly, I order on my IPad. Obviously, there is a ton of products and a lot going on, but if I was not fairly experienced with apps, I think it would be difficult I know for my mom who is pretty savvy but elderly. Having to touch food item to open window and then delete by pressing delete icon or reducing number is pretty challenging navigation.

Not enough can be said about the experience at this place. Ridiculously friendly staff, extremely satisfying convenience and all at a better price than other chains. I drive from James Island to go through the drive through here because it is that much more convenient and time saving than parking shopping and waiting in checkout. I also just found out they have snacks, coffee and fountain drinks in case you don’t order ahead (still only takes a minute or two for them to pick your order). I can recommend this place without fear that it will do anything but exceed expectations

Visited friends in Mt Pleasant and needed to pick up a little something to bring to their house. Ordered from my car. It was like Chick-fil-A for grocery. Kind people, quick service and good value. This will be a thing everywhere someday.
