OPPA PAD

OPPA PAD lets you build a personal sound pad from sounds in your videos. Play sounds in PLAY, then customize text and sounds in MAKE. Choose a video from your gallery and OPPA PAD uses the audio for your pad without turning the app into a public sharing feed.
