Almost useless
Can’t even report an outage in the app or dial the outage phone number from the app.
App is useless
You can’t scroll, view a page, and outage is useless. App overall is useless. You can’t even pay your bill on it. All it does is send you to an external browser like safari or Google to logo and pay.
Disappointing Application
An application that redirects the user to their website that doesn’t retain user credentials is disappointing in the least. On top of that it constantly crashes due to poor sustainment with regards to proper development practices.

Needs updated
App hasn't been updated in a long time also when going to report a street light outage and tapping on the light the box that is supposed to show up is just an outline you can’t see the actual box.
Worthless
I’ve tried for years to submit outages on this app on different phones. This app has NEVER worked. I give up! Even the phone numbers are dead ends. Either the call doesn’t go through, or an answering machine says the office is closed for the day. These are the phone numbers that the app had listed to report outages. Ridiculous! How unprofessional.

Needs some work and tablet crossover.
This app is decent for reporting street lights and power outages. OPPD needs to work on making this app better to function with the iPad, especially the larger Pro model.

Just a basic app. Was hopeful I could use the app to get on my account or pay the bill. That is not an option.

I downloaded this thinking it would have a "pay bill" option. Guess that's what I get for thinking, huh?
Works good but..
Used this app for the recent snow storm. Need to be updated though for retina display, iPhone 5, and IOS 6 . A bill pay option would be nice too.
