my poor back rip u lil homie
being able to track how many hours i’ve worn my brace is like, super duper helpful for me (and mainly) my mother. now, it doesn’t magically make sleeping in it any better (so if ur reading this and feel the same way, i feel u homie), BUT it motivated me to.. try at least.. to sleep in the brace.
also to the cool people possibly reading this.. uhm hi.. but know ur not alone!! you will get thru this, weather its thru surgery or the brace itself. and i the brace does incredible things for you! so i wish you luck along your journey. 🌅✝️💖
