OPSSAPP is a secure employee operations app built to help field teams, supervisors, and office staff manage their daily work efficiently. Integrated with the company’s Odoo ERP system, the app supports real-time updates for attendance, tasks, materials, timesheets, and job reporting. KEY FEATURES • Attendance Management Record check-in and check-out with GPS confirmation. View daily and monthly attendance history. • Task & Job Management Receive assigned tasks, update progress, complete checklists, upload photos, and submit job reports. • Leave Management Apply for leave, track approval status, and review all past leave records. • Materials & Tools Tracking Log issued and returned tools, track material usage, and attach supporting documents. • Timesheets Track working hours accurately with automatic time calculation and submit timesheet entries. • Secure Employee Login Access is provided by the organization. Accounts are created and managed in the company’s ERP system. Public account creation is not available. • Role-Based Access Control Technicians, supervisors, admins, and managers see features appropriate to their responsibilities. DATA PRIVACY & SECURITY OPSSAPP uses encrypted communication and stores only the data required for operational functionality. Location is collected only during check-in and check-out.
