What's New in Optical Dispensing Assistant 2

1.63

January 13, 2025

I really like the new automatic view selection! I hope you do too. New features in this version: - If you have a Lidar scanner (iPad Pro 2 and up), then the app can automatically distinguish between a front, left or right side view, by using the distances of the different parts of the images from the iPad. For example, a left side view has the left side of the image far away, and the right side of the image is closer. The automatic view selection can be switched off in settings. - Changed the buttons on the bottom toolbar so there is now a quick "take a front view" button and a quick "take a near view" button. The original menu button is the third from the right. Bug fixes: - Fixed a bug where the vertex distance was just using the default 40cm rather than the Lidar measured distance. - Fixed a bug that caused a crash when importing a job created in version 1.61. - Fixed bugs around recording the depth and depth location.

User reviews

Mr

I downloaded this app a week ago and have been using it in conjunction with my hand measurements and I have found a significant difference between both readings. The app seems to be very inaccurate and was hoping whether there was a way to overcome this issue.
I would appreciate if the developers could shed some light on this.
