The Optima Hospice mobile application, included with the Optima Hospice solution, provides hospice disciplines the ability to manage their schedule, view important patient records and document their hospice care and time with patients while offline.
This offline capability eliminates the headache of losing data while documenting online if connection is lost. It also allows guaranteed access to the patient’s historical treatment record for better patient care. It keeps the clinicians organized with offline access to their schedule and reduces after hours documentation with an increase of point-of-care documentation. All data captured while offline is easily synced with the Optima Hospice web application for a complete medical record of each patient.
