Would not listen
I had some tax stuff that was delayed due to needing to be mailed in… I had told my consultant about said process and they refused to listen to me. Long story short, I did not get ANY help and had to pay the full amount owed due to incompetence.
Liars and Scam Artists
They stole so $17,000 and caused bigger problems with the IRS that cost another $30,000+. Please do not use this service. They do not care about anything, but taking as much of your money as they can get you to give them and then they do nothing to help. No integrity or honesty. They know that only a few people can afford to sue them after they have taken your money .

March 2021, hired them because there commercial are so great very convincing? There were great for taking money out of my account but not responding to any info on my account. Reached out many times for info, no return calls... Beware!!! There not what thy pretend to be I took my own action and had my bank take action on my payment of $1,500.00 dollars ,back BOY! Did I receive the email them wanting to work it out . That was the only and most commutation during my short experience , please just no I don’t want anyone going through what I did it’s bad enough knowing the IRS is after you and then you hire them to help and you get nothing.So now you have double stress?very unhappy customer 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾BEWARE!!!
