I downloaded the app in order to track my order. I got an email that it had shipped but needed to the app to track it. When I open the order in the app, thereâs no ability to track. Iâve been baited and will now delete the app.

So bad
Even after my first review 2 years ago this app is still Awful. Really slow to load. Frustrating to use. Buttons donât load so you press multiple times. Some options are hidden and you donât see itâs a button until you accidentally click order. Itâs sneaky in upgrading options too. Be better!
Colour still not accurate - second attempt!
I ordered a 90 x 60 poster and When it arrived the colour was totally different. I was offered a free reprint so I converted the image to cmyk as instructed, and received the reprint which was a better colour but so dark it is unusable! I understand that things can change when printing, and it is a very technical process but it doesnât look as if I will get exactly what I want!
The price was excellent and I think the quality would be perfect if the colour was correct!

Je viens de tĂŠlĂŠcharger lâapplication sur un iPad mais il nây a aucune façon de visionner dans ma langue,le français!De plus jâessaie de crĂŠer et commander un cadre photo en mousse mais une fois que jâai fait mon choix de photo il y a le sigle de tĂŠlĂŠchargement et rien ne se produit!Jâai payĂŠ un abonnement et je nâarrive pas Ă crĂŠer mon produit!Très très dĂŠcevant!

Quick turnaround
Love that it prints locally in NZ and super fast. App is pretty easy to use except for when you want to have 2 pictures in 1 photobook page, sometimes 1 photo will show the red sign. Hopefully this will get fixed and it will be perfect! The membership plus is worth it if you print a lot of photobook.

Great when it works
This app is so helpful for making albums but it can be slow to load and glitchy. I added photos to multiple albums and then theyâve disappeared. Annoying

Rilegano gli album male
Ho ordinato un album di 140 pagine, le foto sono ben stampate ma le pagine si staccano tutte perchè l'album è rilegato molto molto male. Sono riuscito dall'app a contattare l'assistenza, non senza qualche difficoltà (bisogna prima passare da una Bot chat e poi si riesce a chattare con un essere umano) mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero inviato un nuovo album e oggi dopo 20 giorni è arrivato. PURTROPPO HA LA COPERTINA RIGIDA ROVINATA e la RILEGATURA INTERNA STRAPPATA !!!!
Ho nuovamente contattato l'assistenza e dopo aver aspettato piĂš di 20 minuti ed aver loro inviato le foto dei danni e degli strappi, gli ho comunicato che avrei cancellato il mio profilo e che avrei fatto una pessima recensione.
SONO APPROSSIMATIVI ED IL PRODOTTO Ă ASSEMBLATO CON SCIATTERIA. NON Ă IL CASO DI FARGLI DEGLI ORDINI a meno che non si voglia rimanere delusi !!!

Decent
Mostly positive experience. Some items it would not let me load photos on my phone so I had to on my laptop. Atrocious shipping costs by the end, considering they shipped my items in two separate packages. I get that shipping is expensive though , but it was a bit of a shock. I wish the calendars had more options for layout. The one really cute design I chose , I realized I could only have the background with one photo not multiples. Overall, still better than the other couple photo sites I explored. Sorry this review is long and rambly, catching me at a tired hour.

AVOID COMPANY
This app sucks and so does the company. Product quality is poor. Also have to continually contact customer service to get refunds and get reprders as products get âlostâ all the time even though they have never even left their facility. Donât be convinced by the pricing.

App is a little clunky
Iâve used the app a few times. One occasion it ordered something with one click when I wasnât even ready to order. It donât always load properly. Itâs safer to order on the website. The product quality is quite low, I ordered a few tees and the quality/fit varies dramatically. A Small womenâs is smaller than a 5-6 year old girls. And the Medium womenâs is a completely different fit. Itâs so hit or miss.
