Optimize Tracking

Optimize Tracking is the driver app for the Optimize Transportation Solutions TMS. Drivers use it to see their assigned loads, record stop times, and upload delivery documents. Dispatchers see the driver's location while a shift is active. Features: ● Sign in with your registered mobile number and country code (US, Canada, and Mexico). ● See Current, Upcoming, and Past loads, with stop and delivery details for each. ● Share location in the background while you are on shift. Tracking stops when you log out. ● Check in and check out at each stop. Timestamps can be edited and comments added. ● Upload Bills of Lading (BOL), Proof of Delivery (POD), and other documents (PDF, JPG, PNG, up to 25 MB each) at the load or stop level. ● Contact the broker for a load from within the app. ● Handle loads with multiple stops. The app asks for an ETA at each stop except the last. ● Add a document later from any completed load in Past Loads if you missed it. Optimize Tracking is part of the Optimize Transportation Solutions suite of Odoo-based tools for freight management, accounting, and business automation.
