Mediocre at BEST!!!
The app has not been updated in over 2 years. Again this is a home security application. I would hope it would need some update within a 2 year period.
Alarm app
I hate the change in the app. There used to be on the primary alarming screen for a selection to arm stay. Now you have to do a second function to find it on another page on the screen. Why don’t you leave things always be that are working. Maybe time to find a new alarm company that tries not to make arming your system difficult.

Great App
Great APP but needs a panic button in app,not just on panel!!!
If I could give zero stars I would
After 3 days of install of the security system I had nothing but issues with the panel and this app. I work 45 min away from home. I check the app to make sure everything is working properly and the app said my front door was open, yet the system still said "Armed Away". I went ahead and called me neighbor to check to see if my door was closed and it was. The very next day once again I'm at work and checked the app and it tells me "the front door is bypassed" so I went home and opened the door and the alarm never went off even though it was in "Armed Away" mode. Walked in the house and it didn't go off neither asked me for a passcode to disarm. This app and the system is not reliable and the reviews you see here that's giving it 5 stars more than likely came from the developers of this app. I have no SECURITY in my SECURITY SYSTEM, PERIOD. Cancelled.

A little let down
What is there works ok, I guess. Very disappointed that Suddenlink doesn't offer better support. The "contact us" link in the app lists the generic Suddenlink phone number that connects you to the "thing" that tells you how valuable your call is, and then makes you wade through a menu of unrelated options that don't even include security system support. After 30 minutes of advertisements about how great they are, you finally get to speak to a rep who didn't even know that Suddenlink has a home security division. Home security should rate its own dedicated support team with a separate support phone number that connects users to American English speaking reps. The app functions ok, but it could offer so very much more.

Never know if the app will let us arm or disarm system. I don't feel SECURE about my SECURITY system.
Very cool app
Just upgraded to connected home. Really like that I can monitor what is going in at home no matter how far away I might be.
