Compare real options without manufacturing a winner. OptionMemo is a private decision journal that preserves what you expected before a choice and keeps later observations separate from the original forecast. USE THE SAME LENSES FOR EVERY OPTION Create a memo with two to four options and one to five shared lenses. Write one observable expectation in every option-and-lens cell. There are no weights, winner scores, or opaque recommendations. CHOOSE AND FREEZE Select the option you actually chose, add an optional rationale, and set a review date. Freezing creates an immutable snapshot of the title, options, lenses, expectations, chosen option, rationale, and date. A later review cannot rewrite the original forecast. REVIEW ONLY WHAT BECAME OBSERVABLE When the review is due, label each chosen-option expectation as Matched, Mixed, Did Not Match, or Not Observable and add optional notes. Only the chosen option can contain observation fields; unchosen result fields remain empty.
