They charge one dollar for every stock buy and sell but do not disclose it when you make a trade like other apps with lower fees do. I don’t have an issue with charging a fee but it’s not right to HIDE it. I didn’t even know until I saw my account balance wasn’t right.
Horrible
Clippy, Buggy, and not reliable. Makes you deposit $100 and takes weeks for a withdrawal. weird tracking of your balance, needs major upgrade. Not an update! It needs a whole new app development.
Don’t use this junk
It takes too long to get money transferred in your account and way too long to transfer it back. It’s not user friendly. When your in a hurry to buy an option it takes forever to get to the buy button plus the fees. I don’t like Robinhood that much but it’s way better than this trash.

This tool is a wonderful NEW experience! The prefect learning environment for the beginner.
Throw away the multiple monitors arrays with complex graphs and a spider’s web of lines, tables of numbers, all that noise is gone. We are left with the simple expression of the markets price action and our strategic intent to profit.
Watching the price move and my profit intent displayed in real time gives me valuable insight and knowledge of my strategy.
A pleasure to use and understand the markets.

Going downhill
I used to like this brokerage/app, but they have gone way downhill. The app has always been super buggy and slow and unstable, now it doesn’t even really work with the latest update. They recently instituted a $1 commission for buying and selling stock, not sure what the point of using this brokerage app is now. Even if it’s just for options, there are better options like Public or Robinhood is free and a way better app and user experience.
Edit: Now going on almost a week where I cannot even place a simple stock order. Im being charged an outrageous $1 commission, and now I can’t even sell stock I’m holding. Definitely do not recommend.

Great choice among financial trading apps. Issue with seeing trade confirmations via app.
The trade confirmations aren’t visible in the app.
Downloaded but doesnt work
Downloaded app➖setup email. Then the app doesnt even go past login screen. White screen of death. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Same problem
