STOP! Virtually impossible to unsubscribe
I downloaded this app today and decided it wasn't exactly what I needed so I wanted to cancel the free trial. It's not listed in my subscriptions under my Apple account. Nor can I figure out any way to cancel the free trial online or in the app. Don't do it.
Frustrating
I have a subscription but the app doesn’t recognize it. There is no phone number to contact them.
Very Expensive App
The Subscription is very expensive to begin with.The value it provides with that expense is questionable because it can be self taught easily.
Doesnt work to create an account
App failed to warn about verification, reset password came in before verification showed up, i am sure glad you dont run anything critical. My bad for thinking a 2024 app would just work

I love Options Play, but the app doesn’t work at all after deleting and downloading multiple times. The portfolio tab is missing from the desktop version, and customer support isn’t the most responsive.
