The APP may be one of worst in terms of user-friendliness I've ever seen. Not being intuitive you would think there would be good documentation. I have the APP and cameras installed but it won't let me sign in. Password retrieval is cumbersome and difficult to navigate. I wasted a lot of money on this system, probably one of biggest buyers remorse I've ever had.

Won’t connect
We have this for our business and it’s practically useless. Can’t even utilize it 90% of the time.
Was a great app until update
This was a pretty good app, but I just did the update and now it doesn’t work at all. It tries to open and then fails. Whatever you do, don’t update.
Great App
Sales and technical support teams are very helpful in setting up this new app update. It is much easier to setup and makes remote viewing of cameras much easier and faster to playback recorded video.
Very bad support
Trying to report issue with your app. Your support is only interested in knowing what equipment I have. The issue is with the app not starting on my iPhone not the equipment.
