Updated check-in/check-out rules: check-in opens 1 hour before shift start, check-in is blocked after shift end, and salary is calculated only within scheduled work hours. Fair salary calculation: late check-in or early check-out now pays only for actual worked time. Enhanced month/day logs: previous months + current month are visible, and tapping a month opens daily cards on a separate page with Unworked, Partial, and Full filters. Added absence note flow: workers can submit future-day reasons, see note markers in calendar, with limited edit/delete window. Added worker month/day log viewer for admin/manager (read-only). General stability, bug fixes, and UI/UX improvements.
