The app worked the first time I downloaded it and used it but since then it has not worked at all.

Ridiculous App - refers you back to website and offers nothing. Am deleting it.
Horrible
Use express scripts if at all possible. This UHC app is just a light wrapper around their website, and requires you to call to get anything done anyways. Putting the insulin I’ve been on for almost 15 years “under benefit review” is shameful.
Another flaky Optum app
Previous app didn’t work, this one just sends you to the web site. A shame these fools can’t learn to code.
