doesn’t sync properly

doesn’t sync properly with apple health so only records a quarter of my steps which essentially makes tracking calories burned steps taken and daily activity impossible thus unable to achieve goals set within the app

Can’t understand how it’s works

Unreliable

Doesn’t sync reliably with apple health or polar systems. Goes days on end without anything transferring over even when you use the manual syncing option. Means if you are in any challenges you lose out and your health score sinks and sink. Used to be ok but the last 3 months it’s gone downhill rapidly.

Doesn’t synchronise the steps in real time

The app doesn’t support zebtronics band, hence I have synced Apple health to my band which can record the steps. The problem is Apple health is synchronising the steps properly but on well being the numbers appear half of the steps I covered. Example: if I covered 2400 steps then it shows 1000 on well being app. Please consider fixing this asap

Not very good

Does not record MET data consistently also I can do the same walk as someone else and they get a lot more MET data recorded than me (they are fitter and smaller than me, how does that work!!!!!!)

Very backwards app

This up has good intentions but it’s not user friendly at all. If you do not check your coach notifications for a few days/weeks/months once you do check it the app will start updating all the notifications you’ve missed one by one, very.. very.. slowly. I can’t be bothered with that aspect of the app. Barely read it.
The rest is hit and miss. I’d pass, there are plenty better apps out there.

Estoy probando la aplicación para una compañía de seguros Latinoamericana, y me parece que es muy amigable y que funciona bien. No obstante, es necesario que las traducciones del tema de alimentación funcionen en Español.

El idioma el principal problema

Estoy ocupando esta aplicación, por unas pruebas de mi compañía de seguros para ver si la mejor opción de incluirla en nuestros seguros de salud, es muy amigable, tiene buena interfaz, solo me parece que tiene un gran problema se cambia el idioma cada que utiliza en un desafío diferente o se va ingresar información del progreso del usuario, solucionando este gran detalle de raíz, le daría otra oportunidad a la app.
