Won’t put me in the system-very frustrating
I have been trying to get into the Optum patient portal for a month. I just switched over to Optum/anthem through my Medicare advantage program. I have seen my primary care provider through Lakewood medical patient portal. But now I need to work to get appointments, and reminders for appointments at behavioral health in Long Beach. Every time I try to go on the app to find out when my appointments are, or do a telehealth visit, I am told I am not in the system. I have seen my Optum primary care provider three times already. The people that I call to ask questions why I can’t get in the system, are very unclear, speak so fast I can’t understand them. And then I’m left with information that I don’t even understand. I bring that information to my personal care provider and they don’t understand it either. I need to get a psychiatrist and a therapist through Behavioral Science in Long Beach but they refuse to let me in even when my primary care provider has written a note for me to get one. I really need some help here.
I even made an appointment with the Optum Welcome Wagon to come to our house to meet and check up on my husband, Sal Cracchiolo, and I. For som reason they only took my husband’s appointment and left my name out. Why? Because they said I wasn’t in the system. What in the world do I have to do to get in the system. Is there somebody I could talk to you that will listen to me and help me so that I can understand what they need and not just babble at me to give information I don’t understand to somebody else? I need help.

Please fix this app
I try and log in and it tells me my insurance doesn’t cover this. However, it does. So every time I need a virtual visit I need to schedule it via my work computer which it takes SIX username/password log ins to get to on my work computer. This is horribly inconvenient. THEN I have to place the virtual visit website address in manually on my safari app on my iPhone to then actually do the virtual visit. This is all unreal. Please fix this.

Scam waste of time
Infont known if it is the Insurance the problem or this virtual care scam, but two hours in back and forth with no resolution insurance says it is covered they said it is not, another feature to obtain money from you and receive nothing in return
