The best planner app ever
I’ve used plenty of other planner apps, and this is by far the best planner I’ve used. I’ve used this for years and it’s perfect. If you’re looking for a planning app that follows the same system as the classic FC/six ring agendas etc, in a mobile device, I highly recommend.
This app has the capacity to handle all your planning needs, from daily tasks list, master tasks list, monthly calendar, a notes section for each page, the capacity to make categories that go across the list systems, meeting notes, to setting values, visions and vision boards, life roles, and goals.
While you can use this app very simply from the start with the short introduction tutorial, I highly recommend reading the opus one help section as a manual to really get the full experience of its capabilities.
You can ultilise the available features to set up your own planner system within the platform.
Now that I’ve been using this app off and on for years,
I’ve found it so helpful for my ADHD style brain.
My biggest tips is to have an “inbox” section connected to an “inbox” calendar set to your default. Then you can enter tasks and or events in a rush/on the go. Then you can easily add more details, organize/sort and schedule at a later time.
My second tip if you struggle with ADHD is to have what I call my “focus zone” category , which I have ranked above all other categories. Any tasks I’m currently working on in the present moment, that are “in progress” I switch over to this category, that way they’re all at the very top of my daily task list all together so I can easily see exactly what I should be working on in that very moment until the tasks are complete. It’s amazing to stay on track with house chores etc if you tend to veer off track or get overwhelmed. This has allowed me to efficiently work on multiple things at once.

Excellent for keeping track of your progress
I have been using this for years. The improvements are excellent. Pen and paper worked for years, until I found this app. You won’t be disappointed. There is a learning curve - however once you have that under your belt, it is so easy to keep up and track with . .
Almost perfect…
This is as close to perfect as you can get. I would add a couple of other things that I feel are missing but I love this app and recommend it to anyone who wants a planner, calendar, and. places to save information that is important to you. There is a daily note space but other tabbed sections for more long term organization. It will help you plan and schedule meetings right down to notifying and inviting participants along with a notes area for the meeting. I could go on but you get the idea. It’s my jackpot planner.
