You couldn’t make a worse app if you tried
Does government money pay people to make apps this bad? It’s almost like they have regular board meetings about what they could do to torture people for fun. Whoever is in charge here, or whatever team works on this is doing a horrible job.

It almost never lets me clock out on time, I always have to keep getting out of app and back in. Makes me clock out at the wrong time.
Super Bad
I have to reinstall the app every few days because it crashes.
WTH is this
Like why ? Are you serious ? The paper voucher was so easy . This is literally stressing me out I hate so much with all my heart .
Reinstalling more times
It freezes, and I have to reinstall more times than I would like to get it to work.
Trying to record historical entry
Often the internet or where I am will either not let me log in or out and trying to do a historical time entry is the worst part of this service it takes forever
Crikey, It ain’t that bad
Geez, I just read the review of the person who says the creator deserve to die for creating such human suffering… It took a little getting used to, but …want to go back to vouchers? heck no. Maybe that person is only using the app and doesn’t have the website on their computer? You can do a lot of correction and other functions like communicating with staff online on the webpage. I use them in tandem. Like when I get a notification that I need to change my password that I can’t remember, I go to the website to change it. I do hate that we have to change our password every 60 days, but oh well, that’s life in the big city.
The only thing that really bothers me is that a I do feel like a criminal when I have forgotten to log out the day before… so now the timestamp would be for more than 16 hours and I need to cancel the whole entry. But you can’t cancel without logging out first and to do that you have to pinky swear that the inaccurate time you are entering is accurate and that stating so, if it is inaccurate, is fraud. So in order to cancel some thing, I first have to commit fraud. That feels really uncomfortable. I wish there was another option for canceling the entry. Other than that, I think it is a great improvement over handwritten vouchers.

Needs Face ID
This app requires you to change your pw at a max of 60 days, which is completely unnecessary. If we are forced to change our password so often, we should have the option to use Face ID to log in. Performance is still slow, often crashes or gets stuck on loading. Needs a lot of work.
Horrible
Horrible we have to use a app that is constantly having problems from logging in to go to log out and says never logged in to logging in and not go past that just spins n a circle to not ever being able to put in any overtime without contacting them because apps not working right. No wonder people are quitting working for the state and going to private pay. Dumbest idea ever switching to this app! Don’t even get me started on health insurance through them

I appreciate a useless app…where is the money going for the care of our at risk people and the people who care for them? It sure isn’t going where it needs to go…like into creating a functional way to clock in and out…glad it can still be done historically or we would all be working for peanuts (oh wait…)!

You would think a state agency REQUIRING you to use an app could AT LEAST have one that functions!
Why?… Please update, or improve.
Why, whenever you log out of the portal, it doesn’t close the first time? It just started acting up this way not too long ago, and it’s very frustrating. This App is a piece of CRApp! I didn’t have this problem before, now it’s all the time.
PS When I was with Android, I kept getting the “circle of death” and had to close out, and restart. Now with Apple, it’s acting up this way. Please improve this and get rid of the bugs for us, and for our sanity! Thank you.

Terrible system
Worst app I’ve used. Let’s go back to paperwork or at least have that option.

Worst app ever
This app constantly crashes. At least once a week i will clock in and it won't even register that I clocked in. Or I will go to clock in the next day and it will still be clocked in even though i know I clocked out. Then if that happens going on the website to correct it is difficult and extra time consuming. Very frustrating. Let’s go back to the papers.

Mileage
Why can’t we put our mileage in when we clock out? This is ridiculous! And worst off I have to go home and input on my iPad, on my time. You can’t even input mileage on your phone. Worst system ever!
Why Metric?
Why do we have to figure our time in decimals? If I have hours and minutes, I know exactly when I have to clock out. I hate having to spend the time figuring amounts like 1.37 hrs for instance.
I do appreciate the removal of notices in many different languages. That was so frustrating. I've sent emails about this issue with no reply.

Worst app I've ever used
Worst part of job. I would happily get beat up in the grocery store by a cognitively impaired adult again if it made this app function even slightly better. I would get poo poo on my hands again if it meant we could go back to vouchers. No aspect of this work is more unpleasant than force quitting this app 30 times in a row trying to get it to work long enough to document one timestamp. It seriously makes me want to cry every day. The amount of human suffering these people caused when they falsely represented themselves to the state of Oregon as capable of creating a time capture system is IMMEASURABLE. I'm sure I wouldn't feel this way if I got to know them well, but to me, right now, I really feel, emotionally, like they all deserve to die for what they do to every state homecare worker in Oregon 2x a shift. It really feels like that.
