So grateful for the wisdom and joy Nicola shares on this app. I’ve had so many epiphanies and aha moments from her guided meditations. They are also so nice to listen to to aid with sleep. I’ve followed along Nicola’s journey for the past few years. I’ve taken courses and been lucky enough to experience many transmissions & talks. She is unlike anyone else I’ve ever come in contact with. Her energy, presence and overall way of being somehow helps you see yourself in a different light. She gives that to you as if it’s effortless. So, when she decided to create an app with the help of her incredible team, I knew it would be special. It brings all of her programs and teachings together in one powerful package. I use it any time I feel lost or need a reminder of how to find my own sense of peace. When I feel great, I go on for energy tune-ups. As life seems to be constantly speeding up, this is one of my top tools to steady myself.
