This app has everything from remote viewing to meditation and OBE to shamanic journeys. You can journal within the app, keep track of your meditation progress and record your dreams. Best part is, the information is broke down into bite size slides you can read. So I can learn whenever I like without having to watch videos. I miss out on so much because everyone wants to put their info into videos. With MINDS I can read the info anytime anywhere. Love it!
