Dont ship a buggy app
You have a good product. Why would you ship a web app disguised as an app. It’s buggy. Maybe it’s a PWA or something
Does not allow to update payment
I wanted to update my payment to my subscription but it would not allow me to update as much as I tried I just had to delete my subscription and start over. Other than that app having problems I LOVE Ora Organic the products are amazing.
Great app
Haven’t tried the products I ordered yet, I’ll update my review once I have, but the app alone is very intuitive, easy to use, and simplistic yet practical. Great work on the user experience of this application!

So glad Ora updated this app - it’s so much easier to access my account and manage my orders. Nice that they added some helpful content too.
App problems
Your app is terrible. It never loads and it won’t slow me to change items in my subscriptions.
Needs improvement
I Can’t view shipments or subscriptions, so I have to log into my account on the website to manage my account and purchases.
Amazing products
I love that they make comprehensive testing of their products transparent to customers. I think this is a sign of the confidence they have in the quality.

Very simple and easy to use! I only thing I’d like is to have a way to save recipes! Screenshots are okay for now but it'd be nice to have lists of different recipes within the app 😁🙏🏽 Besides that these developers did a great job creating this app! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Thanks for no issues!

I set up my account and placed my order through the website and then downloaded the app...got it all set up and now when I login, I briefly see my account and then it disappears and asks me to login again...and again...and again

Can’t log in
App won’t let me log in to my account. I enter my details and it asks me to log in again.
Refreshingly Intuitive
This app is very simply easy to use. It’s clear and easily navigated for order management. Having so many recipes on one spot is a really convenient feature as well!
Recipes(!!!) & Easy subscription management
Love how easy it is to manage my Ora subscriptions with the app! They also have a ton of fun recipes that I can’t wait to try. I just tried the Vegan Dalgona Collagen Coffee one and loved it!
Easy to manage my subscriptions
I’ve been waiting for Ora Organic to come out with an app to manage my subscriptions, and it was well worth the wait! The interface is easy to use, and now I can manage my subscriptions straight from the app!

Helpful and useful info
I love how useful this app is. There are heaps of amazing plant based recipes and it’s so easy to find detailed product info about the ingredients so I can get the right ones for my body.
