Setup was fine I’ve done 3 zones but the only colours it will
do are red, white , blue and a green demon eye. You can’t name the zones for example Demon Eye, halo, inner halo.
I spent hours setting up my lights and I pretty disappointed.

Does not work
Don’t waste your time installing this…the app does not work. I followed the troubleshooting guide, double checking wiring and deleting/reinstalling the app. Nothing would help fix the connectivity issue. I ended up installing the HappyLighting app and had success immediately.

Had this app for two years worked perfectly fine then one day it just decided not to sync with the car anymore and now I can’t turn them off
App is NOT reliable
I don’t if it is on or off unless I walk outside to see it. Sometimes the App disconnects with the bluetooth and I cannot turn the lights off. It is a great product if THEY FIX THEIR APP!! How hard is it???

They work perfectly fine you just have to download the app they have suggested to use them with on oracles website which is MAGIC LED!!
How can a company like this still be in business
Sell a product that can only be controlled through an app, but not maintain the app to the point it does not work on apple devices and it’s not available due to the version to install on android. How is this even allowed in the App Store…

For the amount of money associated with this set up, having a” controller “, that is absolute crap is unacceptable!! Ive purchased several items from oracle and the quality is weak! I have full underbody glow, glow tie, led rims. And having to physically unplug the battery in my car just to get the system to shut off stupid! One moment all is fine, have 2 bc1s. Registers both, great, turn on, make my rounds, get back home and wouldn’t you know I no longer have the controllers!! Smh hard reset, in-install app, yadayadayada…. Still nothing, great product oracle! (Sarcasm)

Agree with other reviewers…
Lights are beautiful … but, the app needs work. As one reviewer said, there is no way to know, while in your vehicle, if what you’ve selected is what’s going on.
Also, there needs to be a way to program the lights so that they start out clear. As one person said, some states do not allow Colorshift while you are driving. There should be a switch so that you can always run clear on the start (or a programmable button that make clear, or whatever color someone wants, upon start-up. Ideally, every time I jump in my Jeep, i should not have to be on the app adjusting the lights…
If these items are fixed, I will give 5 stars! If I’m missing something, I’m happy to be educated… thank you!

App needs updated.
App has to be completed restarted while using it. Sometimes it won’t even turn the halo’s off. I’ve had to unhook the battery a couple times just to get the lights off. It’ll show that it’s connected to the lights but then won’t turn them on or off at times.
One fog oracle light won’t work
I’m having trouble with one of my oracle led lights. One does not work, but the other three are working. I’ve read that I should reset the app, but how do I do that? Thank You

Do not buy color shift line with intent to use the app… it doesn’t work. Oracle has lost so much quality credibility in their products I’ve purchased, would opt for competitor like Quake if I were to buy again.

App won’t show everything on my iPhone 13 mini. I use it on my iPad and it will show it all and work better. Still not a very good app. It works ok. The lights are amazing but the Bluetooth controller doesn’t work very well. It’s a hit or miss . Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t.
App won’t let me select the rock lights
Help this app won’t let me shut off rock lights blinking colors and need help to turn off don’t want a ticket….any suggestions- iPhone 12 is our phones!

This a trash can of an app. It’s practically useless. Still have no idea how to use it because it the Bluetooth option is nonexistent. The physical led strips are legit but this app that controls them is absolute garbage
