Opportunity missed
For a company of Oracles size you have wasted an opportunity to provide a good user experience for a basic expense parsing and storage service. Seems to have connectivity issues all the time to a point where it is quicker to manually take images of expenses, upload them and enter all details on the webpage manually rather than use this suposed automated service. Fix your product!

1982 is calling, they want their App back. This is antiquated and embarrassing for an organisation the size of Oracle.

Terrible app that matches a terrible product
You get what you pay for. Clearly companies need to realise that bundled free products as part of a bigger licence agreement is a false economy. But then again, why is putting a barrier between employees getting their money expensed back to them in a timely manner actually an issue! Cynical I know!
Worst app on planet earth
This app makes me never want to travel for work again. While UI has never been Oracle’s strong suit, this app makes Expensify look like 2050 ChatGPT. Even the screenshots are 10 years old.

The worst mobile experience of any app that I use. It looks like it hasn’t been updated since the original iPhone. Text recognition from receipts is worthless.

If I could leave negative stars I would! The app NEVER works. For moths I’ve been trying to use it & it no longer works. Bug fixes made no difference.

I hate that I have to use this for my work, I constantly have to delete and redownload and go through the entire reconfiguration process to get the app to work. If you put your phone down for a second in the middle of doing an expense and your phone times out, no matter what you do you get a blank white screen until you delete the app and start the whole process over. But they’ll never do anything about it because people doing expenses from their phone have no choice but to use the app. If your company is considering this option look elsewhere.

Arguably the worst and laziest corporate expenses app in the App Store.

How can a company as large as Oracle get away with such a terrible app. We came from SAP Concur which was a far superior experience, this is just terrible, what a pathetic excuse. The sign in process alone was clunky, scanning of receipts is rubbish. The app constantly crashes.
Horrible user experience
Shockingly poor user experience. Have to regularly reinstall the app because it just hangs eg. SSO based on Entra ID reauthentication if not fully completing them the app just hangs even after restarting app. The entire look and feel of the app is very antiquated. The “Copyright 2012” notice in the Info section says it all. Horribly outdated and in most desperate need for a modern refresh.

Needs major overhaul
We recently switched to using this app for T&E for work. For any company considering switching, please first ask them how often users have to delete and redownload the app as the only solve for a bug. Not close the app and reopen, not log off and log back in…delete and reinstall. Then you have to redo the entire setup process.
I’m on download 15 probably at this point. I bet there’s a way for them to see how many delete and redownloads they have.

What a joke
You sell this app to big businesses to use but your product is rubbish. Now all us employees are stuck using this diabolical app. Try hiring some actual professionals do build your products.

When you go to type description, it gets covered by keyboard so you can’t see what you’re typing.
Now after new update the cents in the amounts that are imported from other source are missing
