The app does not work correctly. If I book a class I am not able to cancel my booking in order to free it for other people.
This is a big problem and you should work on it.
It happens pretty often for example in spinning: the class is fully booked but when it starts half of the bikes are not taken.

Terrible
This app is terrible, on every function there is error. Whatever you try to do at the end there is error.
Speechless
This app is full with issues, both functional and visual. It does not follow any of the accepted design guidelines. It was obviously developed by highly unskilled developer(s) with absolutely no prior experience in mobile development. And I don’t mean that in a small way, I mean it in a big way! The app is totally unusable and useless for customers.
