Anmeldung scheitert

Die Anmeldung ist eine Farce. Ein registrierter Account wird nicht mehr wiedergefunden und das Passwort kann man auch nicht zurück setzen. Anscheinend verwendet die Webseite eine andere Datenbank als die App. #Boomertechnik

Schlechte App

Die Idee was die App kann ist gut, wenn man die Logik einmal versteht. Die App ist leider voller Bugs und überhaupt nicht benutzerfreundlich/intuitiv. Ich muss manchmal beim Vokabeln anlegen eine Pause einlegen, bevor ich durchdrehe!

Keine Vokabeln erhalten

Es soll ja zum aktuellen Schulbuch die Vokabelliste gelernt werden. Dafür nutzt man diese App, sonst könnte man in irgendeine App irgendeine Liste einfügen. Man zahlt 6,99 Euro für die Liste zum Schulbuch und erhält tagelang nichts. Die App hängt sich auf, rödelt und rödelt - ohne Ergebnis. Mails an den Support werden nicht beantwortet. Es frustriert so sehr. Hoffentlich gibt es das Geld über Apple Service zurück. Wie soll es für Kinder sein? Diese App funktioniert nicht zuverlässig. Ich kann es nicht empfehlen.
