It’s great, until it isn’t.

I had to take a training break as I had to overcome an injury, and when I went to charge my device this morning, I couldn’t. I went to the app to begin troubleshooting, but even using the support option in the app hangs up.

Loved the data I did get, but now that I can’t use it, I can’t even get access to support.

Awesome Mouthguard

Love all the metrics the app provides with the mouth guard! My only constructive criticism for the ORB company is to instill the data from the app to like Apple health and what not! I certainly think that will be a big game changer!

But asides that, awesome product! Hope to see your company grow successful and help fighters all around with managing their health!

Work around for no data transferred to apple health

It is a shame they don't export data to apple health. Customer service says this is because they have their own app. Without all my data in one place I run the risk of over training. Solution is to export picture of orb app workout into Grok or Copilot. Ask for TCX conversion into format HealthFit can read. Hopefully they come to their senses and allow the customers to have access to the data.

Seriously?

Wild that I can only see my data in the app itself. Most people who buy this product and spend $350, are probably committed enough to their health and tracking of data, that they keep all of the data, from all of their different workouts, in one location. I’d rather track all of my workouts in one location, which uses AI to provide feedback on my workouts and give insight on future workouts. It’s 2025, exporting data isn’t that difficult.

Health App

It is inexcusable to have the basic functionality locked behind a subscription for a $400 dollar mouthguard. Heart rate at a minimum should be communicating with the health app. Until then, this product won’t be recommended by me.
