Unreliable
My employer got Orbis 11/2024, and the app has been down more than its been up. For days, weeks, a month, and currently has been down almost 2 months. John from customer service is very rude and unhelpful.

App crashes constantly and has one poor rep for customer service, avoid this like the plague and ask your employer to use a different source this is hopeless and abysmal
HORRIBLE
If I could give it zero stars I would! App is always down and it’s never for a few hours or so it can range from days to weeks! Once the app was even down for a WHOLE MONTH. I wish my job finds business elsewhere.

It might be nice- wouldn’t know, because the app just won’t open after I’ve downloaded it.
Not a good app
When it works it’s a good app but it’s very unreliable. Constantly crashes and customer service is also unreliable. I wish my job would get a different app.

The app crashes all the time like now it hasn’t worked for two days and when you call someone gives you a general answer. “ we are waiting for a third party “ We done know when it will work, how is that wages on demand ? Not to mention they don’t update everyday as promised. When it’s working it’s okay but when you have an emergency have a backup
