The App continues to crash rendering it unuseable. I also never get a response from the Orbit team

I never write reviews, but the previous insurance company App worked flawlessly.
Now using this new App is crashes every time I open it and I can’t even use this App at all.
People pay good money for insurance, don’t offer this App as a service if it’s not even working. Seeing the dozens of 1 star reviews I am not alone here.

Can’t even look at anything let alone do anything.

This is severely annoying. I was trying to retrieve my information, and i can’t due to the app continuously crashing

The app is unusable. My policy won’t even connect. If I try to change anything the app crashes. It is a nightmare.
Password repeatedly not working
Tried to sign in on an iPad with zero success even though I can sign in on my phone. I changed the password online just in case and I still get the message “invalid username or password.
Can't sign up
Tried to sign up but get error message saying all fields must be filled in. Tried to send message to support but nothing happens. Seems they have a lot of fixing to do.
It’s crap
Since the latest update it won’t even open.
Unusable
Unfortunately doesn’t work, crashes as soon as you attempt to login. I’d suggest they ask for their money back from whoever developed this for them.

App will not stay open, ahita down on its own before I can even see my information.
Bad app
I also got forced to use this app. The insurance company has gone paperless and expects you to go through their app to access your policy document, etc., except the app is so flakey that I can’t get my policy document. I too will be changing insurance companies.

And to sign up, I have to know a bunch of information such as the month my plan started. Not a clue. Time to look for a new insurance company.
Unable to access policy documents
This app is good for pink cards and that’s it. Every time I try to access my policy documents the app kicks me out, and I have to sign back in.
