Please help

I actually made my pronouns/gender he him when I’m really she her. I don’t know how to change it so I tried deleting my account and then I realized I also couldn’t delete it

Very not polite

So I was making friends and somebody liked my picture and ask to rub my feet or private part I feel like a lot of people are starting to do this and I don’t like it bc I can’t have a friends keep asking me if they can do that it’s very annoying and makes me uncomfortable he hasn’t seen my face yet he just thought my orbit thing was cute and it made me uncomfortable but other then that it’s perfect

Not letting me sign in

Haven’t used in a while so I deleted it, came back to it because I was bored and it’s not letting me sign in?? Then it’s telling me I already have an account which I haven’t used since November of 2022.. It was great till it did this

it was fun at first, but..

it was fun at first, and i meg some real friends! but after about 2 days of using this app, i realized it showed the exact city, state, and country i lived in to everyone on the app. some random girl chatted me and let me know, then i deleted my acc. the weird part, is that i never clicked anything like “ok” if it ever said “share your location?”. it just automatically shared exactly where i live. there were a whole hunch of 30-50 yr men on that app too, even tho it’s for up to 17.

Hey! We're really sorry you've left us. There is definitely a permissions pop up that you accepted before showing which city you're in. You can also turn that off anytime and it'll only show your country. Best, the Orbit Team

More male hairstyles

There’s not a lot of male hairstyles to choose from like I have dreads and the closet thing to dreads is women’s hair and my character looks very feminine he doesn’t look like a male his lips are very glossy and his entire face structure gives off a feminine look.

Needs work

App works alright and all but filter list hardly ever works it never takes my energy or nothing i try and try for it to work but it will not and kids saying they my age when much younger is outta hand i never get matched with my age when i have age limits and over all needs work and these things need fixed ASAP

Hey there! Thanks for the feedback, when you add a friend via match that's when we consume energy. We also prioritise matching by your filters, but expand the search if there's no one available that exactly matches your filters (e.g. +/- 1 year)

Can’t get in

I’ve tried both my email and Facebook and it won’t let me in my account it says I already have it on my phone number account but everytime I press it to send me the code I never get it

Itsme

If you want success from this app just take whatever “Itsme” and build off of it.

Just some ideas and constructive criticism :

Needs face shape,lips,ear,clothing,facial hair customization.
Needs more hair options like a buzzcut
Every character looks like a woman.
The avatars aren’t appealing at all.
They look creepy.
Go for more like a cartoonish style.

The color picking should have like a tuner or scaler.

Y’all got a whole fanbase looking for the next itsme.

Not the best

This app is not the best because I had the same person that I matched connection but literally still popping up the same person and got mad at me for answering the call

Inclusivity

There’s only around nine different skin tones to pick from and they’re all completely different ranges with the same red/orange undertone. There is a .1% chance that you find your skin tone. The same goes for the hairstyles there’s only about two “Afro” textured hairstyles. So if you have a tight girl pattern like I do, you’re not gonna find a hairstyle that represents you. You can’t even change your facial features, so if you have smaller eyes and a bigger nose or lips then you won’t be able to change it. There are better things that the devs can bring to the app that would capture the audience better. Please try to become more inclusive!!!

Good but can be better

Hello! I simply wanted to note that while everything is incredibly entertaining, our avatars might use some work. There aren't many alternatives for hair, eyes, and other features. I was simply considering about adding more items to make our avatars more like us. I'm grateful you read this.
