About

Orbital Mobile is a private social network built for your family, friends and community. Create invite-only groups called "Orbits", share photos, and have real conversations - all protected by end-to-end encryption. Your Data, Your Space Somewhere along the way we became the product. Every family photo sent to grandma is scanned, tracked and logged. Orbital is different - no ads, no algorithms, no data harvesting. We don't read your messages. We can't. End-to-end Encryption Every message, photo and conversation is encrypted using the Signal Protocol - the same technology trusted by security experts worldwide. Your data stays with you. Key Features - Private invite-only groups for your family or close circle - Encrypted messaging with real-time threads and direct messages - Photo sharing in a secure gallery only your group can see - Forum-style discussions — organized threads, not chat chaos - Rich link previews for articles and videos - No ads, no tracking — your conversations are not a product - Secure one-time invite codes to add members - Dark mode support Built for Family, Friends and Community Orbital Mobile was created because we deserve a private place to communicate, not a feed full of ads and algorithmic recommendations. Whether you're planning a birthday dinner, sharing vacation photos, or just staying in touch, Orbital Mobile keeps your conversations private and your data yours.

Keep a copy on your phone • Open a photo, video or file full screen and tap Save to keep a copy of it on this phone. • Save whichever items you want, one at a time. • Or open Settings > File Library, narrow it down with the filters, and tap Save all to keep a copy of everything it is showing. • Orbital tells you how many items and roughly how much space before it starts, and you can stop part-way. • The original stays in Orbital — saving makes a copy. • The first time you save something, Orbital explains what a saved copy means before it saves anything. Also in this update • Chats are listed by most recent activity. • People you've blocked are hidden from Chats and New Chat until you unblock them.
