the app will recognize my bike when i first start up the app but when i try to pair them the app says “no product information found”. i just want to unlock class 3
App doesn’t connect to bike
Received the bike today which was ordered last week. Got it fully assembled with no issues. Downloaded the app and registered an account. App finds my bike R004 Plus. I click “connect” then the apply quickly displays a message “product information does not exist”. Annoying that the app doesn’t work.

App doesn’t work
Purchased a TST bike yesterday and cannot get the app to connect to the bike. The app’s automated Bluetooth shows it found the bike but when I select connect, it quickly says product information does not exist. I’m not sure what else to do. I’ve restarted the app, my phone, my Bluetooth and the bike. I’ve also checked my phones location settings and privacy settings.

No Support, Cannot Sign up
There is no support, I have a brand new e-bike and have no way to unlock class 3, tried many things and keep getting error when signing up on app, goes to black script screen, total garbage
READ ME to fix Bluetooth!
I had the same issue as others. Bluetooth not connecting to the bike. I did two things that worked:
1) turned off WiFi
2) went to Screen Time and enabled Bluetooth sharing.
Voila. Bike found. Class 3 enabled. 28 mph.
(I think it is how the Bluetooth connects to the phone and shares the app connection.)

Does not work
Do not buy any products from these companies until they fix the app. Bluetooth connection doesn’t work and the app is needed to unlock the bikes top speed.

Didn’t sync to e bike
I just got the TST R9 and it dosent sync to the app i’ve used different brands of phone to pair and it won’t even pop up, with the issue saying bluetooth timed out when in reality it’s the app. I’ve emailed the with no response to how to fix this issue and without the app the bike only goes 20mph so it’s practically a pedal bike basically wasted 600$ on a bike to go 20mph customer service is horrible and dosent reply

Don’t waste your time or money its false advertisement. Website says 32 mph but locks it through a app that’s doesn’t even work. Its 2 years and haven’t updated the app
