Love Orcatec!
We've been using Orcatec for a year and a half now, switching from spreadsheets and pen and paper. It's noticeably more streamlined: scheduling, dispatching, and payment are all in one place, and the office and technicians are finally all on the same page. Our business now looks more organized to our clients. The only downside is the limited functionality in the mobile app, but that's not a deal-breaker for us, as the dispatcher uses a computer anyway, and the functionality is sufficient for field technicians. We generally use it every day and have no plans to change.
