Outsource it and your sending identity gets burned. Skip it and the pipeline stays quiet. Orchestrate operates it under your identity and refuses sends that would damage your reputation. WHAT ORCHESTRATE WILL NOT DO It will not send anything on your behalf until a mailbox belonging to your business is connected and authorised. It is not a general inbox reader. For a connected mailbox it reads the envelope and a narrow set of headers before any matching decision. A message body is fetched only once that message resolves to something Orchestrate sent for you. Unmatched mail stays where it is. Activating the service makes a capability available. It never makes anyone authorised to represent your company. Those are separate facts and they are recorded separately: who may decide for the business is held against the organisation, not inferred from who happens to be signed in. ACCOUNT You can permanently delete your account from inside the app, under Account, and the deletion cannot be undone. SUBSCRIPTION Orchestrate Platform is an auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly at $29.99 and annually at $299.99. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and it can be managed or cancelled in Apple Account settings.
