No ca-ching sound
Hard to differentiate this app’s notifications from others since there is no way of customizing the alert sound.

Good idea but need improvement
This app is super convenient, however, here are few things we found inconvenient:
1. Delivery date is not shown (what sender chose to be the delivery date)
2. Inability to mark orders complete
3. No customer note (available in Wordpress)
4. No recipient phone number (when it is available in Wordpress)

Almost the most useful Woo app
Date picker is missing “last month” and “this month”. This feature alone would make the app more useful. We often need to see how much we’ve grossed last month as well as how much we have grossed in sales on the current month so far. An actual custom dates picker would be even better but “this month” and “last month” would be a simple solution to be able to see the previous month’s gross as well as the current month-to-date. Order details are missing variations (size, color, flavor, etc) that would make the app even more amazing. I use this app every in combination to another one because it is missing the information that I have described

Received new order notification, but no show in the app...
Been using it for 3 days now, first 2 days were fine, now I am only be able to receive new order notification but no order update in the App. App is only showing the old orders I received in last 2 days...
Simple order alerts with nothing more
I switched to this after using the woocommerce app, which had way more features that I miss, but the required use of Jetpack plugin was not compatible. This app is simple and to the point, however there is no way to change settings - for example, alerts come though as $19,99 when in the USA it should show as $19.99
Also miss the “cha-ching” cash register sound alert every my time there is an order with the woocommerce app. With this app, it sounds like any other text message. No reporting or store editing. Very basic but does the job. Could be improved with those suggestions.

This app never improves.
I asked for a new dashboard like shopify or google analytics and the cha-ching sound. Nothing is done in a whilee. The app does work well but at least add some new features. Its boring. Im willing to pay for those features.

Exactly what I was looking for...except
If it read on the order details, the variation of each product (I.e. the different sizes or in my case, different sugar level for drinks) was shown. It would help me immensely, but this is pretty good so far.

Stopped working after
Installed just over a week ago. Got an order alert on day one. Haven’t received an alert since, and we’ve had 6 orders.
Works great!
When you need to know when orders are placed, this will do the trick! Tap alert for full order details. Will work great for small take-out restaurant! Thanks!

Does not alert about orders
I set up the app with my woocommerce site, checked to make sure the notification was working by placing an order myself. Two weeks later, there’s a queue of unprocessed orders that I had never known about. Worst case scenario.

Overloads webhooks and scheduled actions
Be careful to disable its webhooks upon uninstall. Our site kept going down due to the number of scheduled actions and we didn’t know the reason for many days until we reviewed active webhooks.
Ps. Our store has many orders which caused the issue as each order gets a scheduled cron job for the notification

Good, but needs a few extra things to be great
The app works well, and shows you the order data, however you can’t see the details on the order, eg the variation data. If someone ordered a shirt, you can’t see the size. Also if you have similar items with long titles, you can only see the first 30 characters or so. You can’t view the billing address as well, the field is blank. Otherwise it is ok.
