Used to be good
This game used to be great when I started a handful of years ago. It slowly started to decline with hackers making pvp impossible, and the developers not doing enough. Things like, purchasing a new advertised pet for $50 or $100 and purchasing runes to help level it, only to find out certain materials needed to level the specific pet aren’t available in shop, so you cannot max it. It just sits at mid-level and you have spent money on something not useable. Wasted money and customer service doesn’t send you the required materials but sometimes will send them for other people for pets.
It is a really lopsided system. Most of the time part of special events are broken and now pvp has been gone for the year, which was the absolute best part when hackers aren’t on. Don’t spend money here because most of the time b/c they’ve given up on this game and now it’s a waste. Has such potential to be great again if they would do it

Was once my favorite game until the update destroyed my information.
...until a recent update bumped me out of my original character and this time around did *not* give me the option of "transfer" or entering my information. :(
Instead, it now just insists you must start all over again automay without giving you any option to search for any of your information!
Now, the last time I had played was about a little less than a year or so ago. I contacted customer support trying to explain who my character was, and they insisted his name was anywhere in the system (sounds like he e got completely deleted in the upgrade process! The fact that the lizard brings - of which mine was one - now look completely redesigned appear to back up this theory). I tried cooperating with them the best I could trying to rescue my character, but they kept saying things like, "Perhaps you have some old screenshots?" SCREENSHOTS? And how was I to know this would happen when every other update had allowed me to move my character and game-in-progress over so seamlessly?
***Horribly*** disappointed.
I tried to send over more information in desperation, but that around a month ago; no response from them since. What, I'm supposed to just shrug and restart?

Good time waster
I started playing this game when I hurt my foot and couldn’t walk much foots getting better and I’m still playing...there are problems with it like not being able to drag mount to skill bar...ranking up cards does nothing...not enough gold to buy or get in game to upgrade weapons...mantis slash misses half the time for monks and balance blast you have to hit a few times I guess it’s because of delay...my fault for picking monk..if you want to play this game be a ranger or mage this game was designed for them...instant quests should give you 200 gold for travel expenses and epic challenge should keep your progress each week. start over each month is fine but no one does epics because you star over every week...

TO ALL NEW PLAYERS
First, I have played this game since it launched almost 4 years ago. Seen it at its peak and have seen what it has become now. IMO it is the best attempt at a true MMORPG on mobile so far however it has been ABANDONED by Gameloft. Please understand and realize that NO new updates are coming. Clearly stated, it has been A YEAR since the last update. Only works on older iPhones and Androids. Population is dead with few Max lvl/Max geared players left. Also IMO great game for casual play and with friends until you get to end game content where it is almost impossible to get Max lvl gear. By all means play the game. Make your own opinions but I just wanted to address this because of all the reviews calling for new content and bug fixes. RIP OAC

FAVORITE GAME but really?
(Sorry for long review)Do not get it, and I repeat DONT. This game is one of those games that are really good, you make good progress, and then you find out to get better stuff faster you have to pay. For example I LOVE THIS GAME, don’t get me wrong, but I wanted to upgrade my companion so it could get closer to becoming a frostwalker so I could be faster. Then I saw a deal. Fire walker and star trail for just only FIVE DOLLARS! Which is sad because my parents say don’t buy it. Just me as As a animal lover over here watching everybody with dragons, unicorns, mounts, better pets,(I think you get it.) and I still have a water droplet and I have been playing it twenty four seven for a year!!!!!! So please in a mission give us a free mount for people who don’t want to pay. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make it easier to upgrade your companions. I will give this game five stars if you fix this. Please...

What people want for this game to do and listen to the players and not the employees
Now don’t get me wrong, this game is by far at least the best game I’ve ever seen and played. I have enjoyed it. But there’s some problems with this game I would like to address and not be rude or disrespectful about it. First things come first... it gets really frustrating that you always run out of gold and upgrading your weapon and evolving it is to much of a cost to do one evolvement for 50k each. Make the upgrades a hole lot cheaper, Make getting materials easier, and make it so we can keep going without vigor stoping us. Ok next thing it’s quite boring considering a lot of the times you have to stick on your highest level is 55, plz with all encouragement to the game developers, make 3 new maps, increase the level to 150. Third and final make it so when you hit max level you get one random flying mount, cuz I think that is fastest way. I really hope the game developers takes this and does at least 3 of them I would like enjoy this game not get bored.

Over 1000 Mbs- beautiful with some glitches
I’ve edited my review a few times... Here’s the final picture. The game is really beautifully made and allows for a lot of customization and freedom. It can be frustrating at times, and I honestly suspect a few glitches involved with my own play and some limited daily opportunities... which was pretty frustrating. But the game is so well made that when I wasn’t feeling well I played it for hours trying to distract myself. I ended up choosing to spend a little money- not because I felt like I had to, but because I felt like it wasn’t fair not to. Clearly a lot of time went into this game and if it were not a free app, I probably could have paid to purchase it as a regular game. If I keep playing, I may occasional make another purchase or two out of fairness and support to the developers as well.

Awesome would have given 5 if not for this.
Great app, I was having so much fun until it wasn’t letting me into the game!! I would have gave it 5 stars if it wasn’t for not being able to get into the game when I want to play. Not sure what’s going on and not sure if others are having this problem? I can get in one minute and then the next it won’t let me in.
Update:
Started working after I deleted and reinstalled, restarted my internet, turned my phone off, deleted my cookies and everything that that told me to do but now after about 2 weeks, it’s now telling me I have a connection issue again and it won’t connect anywhere and when it started it disconnected me while I was playing. This is a continuing problem with this game.

Should be better
The game is very fun and enjoyable, there are a few problems and glitches though.
1. The characters graphics could be better, Celtic Heroes (MMORPG) has better graphics and is much easier to play.
2. I find an annoying glitch every time I tap the quest at the top of the screen. It’s supposed to automatically bring your character to the right spot, but instead it just walks my character back and forth. Sometimes it would bring my character to a completely different spot, maybe across the town. It would be a big help you fixed this problem for me and for a lot of other people.
3. Another glitch is when I’m not the right level to put armor on, I equip my other armor that goes in the same slot. The armor that I can’t put on disappears for a few minutes and then reappears.
4. This isn’t a problem but it’s an opinion. I feel like the characters could be much better looking if there was a few more selections of faces, hair and hair colors you could choose from. I don’t like my character’s look because if this.
I don’t know if these problems only occur to me but it would be a big help if you fixed them and I’ll probably enjoy the game much more.

Okay I’ve been looking for a game like this for a long time. I finally found the perfect game! The graphics are great and the controls are fairly simple. There are a lot of different character types to choose from: elves, orcs, kratons etc. this game reminds me of a cross between mh3 and AQ3D. Another thing about this game which I absolutely LOVE is that it doesn’t play itself. Sometimes I’ll find a really fun game that I love but the character tends to move and attack on its own. This feature really bothers me. In this game, you 100% control your character (although you can get it to automatically go to the area of the next quest which can be helpful since this game is huge). Also, there are a lot of extra things you can get with real money, but I haven’t and I don’t feel like I need to to win. I absolutely love this game and I just wanna say great job to the creators!👌👌🤗😱😄

Beautiful but a money grab
This is probably the best MMO out right now in terms of beauty, diversity of things to do, and ability to get gear without paying for it. However, you have to pay for everything else in this game. If you die and want to revive that will cost you runes, one of the main currencies of many currencies in this game. There are so many different types of currencies in this game I have given up trying to understand it. Why can’t it just be gold and runes? I totally get the company needs to makes money but there is something to be said about simplicity.
There is also something to be said about having a game that is intuitive to play. I have been playing for a week now and I still really don’t know what I’m doing. A mobile game should be easy to play and understand. For this reason I’m giving this so-so game one star because it should be a great game.

Great for a mobile MMORPG
I’ve played a lot of mobile MMORPGs, hoping to find one that satisfied the hole my preteen self had filled with PC games like Fiesta! and Pirates of the Caribbean: Online. I’ve found many to be too easy: including but not limited to being able to click a button that allows a character to “auto-quest” and complete the quest on auto-pilot. I’ve dealt with bad graphics, crashing games, and too many pay-to-succeed games. This game, however proves to be well-rounded and attractive, especially for a mobile game. Although, yes, you can pay to play, you can also enjoy the game and multiplayer battles without putting any of money into it. The graphics rival many online MMOs, and I personally have not had any problems with the game crashing. My only advice is to make sure you read what the NPCs say and try not to load up on side quests, or else the main storyline is very easily buried. This game has not failed me yet.

Good
The new update added unlimited vigor, though I don’t care about that anymore because I am level 55. I wish that you could fly without a mount if you put on wings and have flight energy that could come back when you land. I also wish that you didn’t always have to sprint and that the characters could blink, and that the death positions looked less stupid. I think it would be nice if some of the wings were bigger too. The game is fun. The place is big too and fun to explore. Also runes are able to be gotten more easily now but are still hard to get. Unfortunately the better high level armor has ugly frills and stupid shoulder plates that have a huge spiky thing that goes higher than the top of their head and has glowing stuff floating from it. Then people sometimes have these stupid glowing rocks floating around them and they look like a moving pile of glowing junk. Sometimes you can’t tell the difference from an orc to a kratan or a human to an elf. You can always tell if they are a mendel though because mendels are short. And also people always show off with their Annoying illusion skin mounts and stupid super fast flaming spiky motorcycles right before they drive off a cliff and die.

Dungeon runs can be pointless
Dungeons need staggered queuing determined by level or a different drop system. When I entered a dungeon at level 18 along side a level 55 player, I wasn't even able to get to the boss before he had been killed. I left the dungeon with no gear and lost an adventure token. If I would be able to run the dungeon along side other players that are around my level (or even alone once i get to a higher level) the dungeoning experience would be much more exciting and rewarding. For now, it seems to be a waste of time and make obtaining gear difficult.

Awesome game with bad developers
The release of update 14 has totally screwed this game. They removed content that was useful and added nice but useless content. They accidentally released parts of unfinished pieces of the update that were supposed to have been taken out due to bugs... They bugged many parts of the game. They then released a hot fix update and users can’t even log in. Most of us have spent real money and now don’t have access to what we have paid for. The compensation they give for screwing up the game is never commensurate with what they have messed up. Additionally, two of the major problems with this game (weapon advancement and pet progression) have been made even worse by the removal of content. Gameloft is driving people away with useless updates that make the game worse and at this point completely unplayable. Customer service is bad, developers are bad, and now they have made the game bad.

Favorite Game, Updates Are Disappointing
This is the best mobile MORPG out there currently. It's just that simple. The open world is truly 3D and fully explorable and playable. Graphics and controls are beautifully immersive. Gameplay is accessible for beginners and deep enough for all but the most elitist desktop MMORPG fan. Content is updated weekly, in a meaningful way. Best of all, nearly every feature is TRULY accessible to free players who don't mind putting their minds and free time to work. But there's fun content and early feature access to keep the interest of paying customers.
Why one star? I'm alarmed that each successive client update brings issues that dramatically interfere with playability and player confidence. That would be okay if issues were resolved in a reasonable time, but in fact, some lethal technical and gameplay problems continue to plague the game after multiple client updates and months of promises that amelioration is immanent. The problems are snowballing and rapidly eroding the player base which further undermines gameplay.
I love this game and have great hopes that the problems can be resolved and bring back played base. I will edit this and upgrade back to 5 stars once i see this.

I can finally play again! I forgot how great the game looks. It really is the best mmorpg on iOS. I do have trouble on with the camera, it can get quite annoying trying to keep it where I want it. I’m going to try it out on my iPad and see if it any easier. Also, it would be awesome if there were a bit more options in character creation, like more hair styles and more faces and colors to choose from, and maybe an option edit the look of your character if you get bored with it? That would be nice. I haven’t gotten too far in the game so I’ll just have to see how it goes, hopefully it keeps being great! Thanks for fixing the loading problem!

Firstly, the game is very nice and well polished for the most part. The UI is pretty, and the environments are pleasant. The character models are pretty dated-looking but not too bad. The combat system is fun and interactive. The quest system is fun without getting too repetitive. The exp rate is in a good place: not too low where it seems like you shouldn’t even bother, and not too high.
However, there are some significant issues. For one, much of the game is set up like most mobile games, which is a stupid cash grab. They have what is essentially an “energy system” that limits the amount of time you can play before paying money for gems. Also, crafting is an unnecessarily convoluted process with way too many materials. It needs to be simplified desperately. Also, for some reason this game isn’t a normal app where you simply update through the App Store and are done, but you have to ‘constantly’ patch the game once you log in (for basic updates), which usually takes at least 5-15 minutes. It’s honestly a bad way to do it. Just save all the changes for a weekly update in the App Store and be done with it. I don’t feel like patching the game every 2 hours.
All in all, it’s a good game, but I’m not sure how much longer I could continue playing with these issues.

What happened...
Idk what happened order and chaos five years ago your game order and chaos online blow up best game ever!.. but then three years later and you announced order and chaos two better graphics and support to be better quest and everything else as well.. not the case better graphics but at what cost... the game lost its feel it's touch that made us want to play. Np quest gives gear anymore (rarely) harder to get mounts now, it's almost like what's the point of trying... idk what happened but the game needs a remake a new beginning. One with the same old feels of order and chaos online the mount system and quest system and hole system...

-THE- MMORPG for mobile...
I was honestly searching for a long time for an MMORPG to play "on the go". I've probably played all of the available options and I'm even quite picky. Look no further...if you are looking for "the one", this is it. It's graphically phenomenal for mobile and the mechanics are downright solid and enjoyable, this could almost be a PC game if not for the touch controls.
I've been leveling for about a day and a half now and have enjoyed it immensely. This means that I also can't speak for end game, and I can't say for sure if the vigor system (kind of like stamina from other MMOs) will actually become an obstacle to playing later on...but until then... there's really no better option. If you like traditional MMOs (WoW style) and you need one for iPad/iPhone...get this now.
