Took 2 hours for my food to arrive and then support told me it was my fault and the order arrived early.
Scam don’t use that app you have to pay for that food and never get it , no refund after call
You have to pay for the food and after hours of wait once contacted by you your order get rejected no phone call nothing and still waiting for refund no communication at all

Hidden fees
We were surprised when ordering on the free delivery deal to be charged a service fee and card fee that amounted to about the same as delivery would have been. This isn’t USA. We don’t need hidden service tips!

Told me I had already used their Save50 vouchers even though I have never used the app before. The deal was app only also. The only reason I downloaded the app was to use that deal. Scam!
App just hangs after Apple Pay payment

Pathetic support response times!
I have been on hold for 11 minutes, and STILL on hold while writing this review. I’ve placed an order, been charged but the app tells my order has not been confirmed with the restaurant. A call to the restaurant, I get told no order has been received?! A call to support .. and I get hold music!?!
Terrible customer service
I ordered a meal and as a new customer I had an email offering me a discount voucher for my next order. Went to use the code but although it said the voucher was applied, it still charged me the full amount. 2 weeks and at least 3 or 4 attempts to contact the app and still no response to my emails, let alone a refund for the voucher amount. Steer well away from this company.

Not bad, but buggy
Online EFTPOS gives a JSON parse error - not exactly a user friendly error! Apple Pay fails (succeeds on my phone, but app behaves as though it hasn’t). Surcharge info is wrong too.
Also has minor niggle that longer menu descriptions can’t be expanded. Clicking on them adds the item to cart.
Otherwise app works ok for ordering the meal I wanted.

Keeps loosing account
Have had to register more than twice now using the same email. They keep deleting my account even if after having ordered from it before. The quality of this app is comparable to something produced out of some little African country with no Internet.
Couldn’t order food
I tried to pay for food twice with Apple Pay, and the app got stuck on a loading screen for minutes without doing anything.
Won’t even let me sign up
Terrible app. Sends me a text verification code, I enter it correctly and it tells me it’s the incorrect code.
Terrible customer service
Trying to get a hold of someone in customer service is the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had. No one answers the phone. Do not recommend.
Coupon Codes
The coupon codes do not work! False marketing to get you to download the app.
