Accept or reject in a tap, and see the full basket, customer notes and fulfilment type before you commit the kitchen to it. ORDERS, ORGANISED Pending, accepted, cancelled and refunded are separate tabs, so you always know where an order stands. Search past orders when a customer calls back. TABLE BOOKINGS Booking requests land in the app the moment a guest sends one. Confirm or decline, and keep pending, confirmed and cancelled bookings apart.
