About

OrderFill is the kitchen display for cafés and restaurants running on OrderFlow. Orders arrive from the OrderFlow app and land on the screen in front of the people making them. Built for the rush. Big type, one-tap bumps, nothing to dismiss. A new hire should be useful on it in one shift. TICKETS THAT READ AT A GLANCE Every ticket shows the order type, the ready time, how long it's been waiting, and the full modifier list. A SCREEN PER STATION Each station sees only its own items, with a live count in the sidebar. BUMP AND MOVE ON One tap moves an item or an order to the next stage: confirmed, prep, expo, packaging, dispatch. Stages your shop doesn't run can be skipped entirely. PACKAGING AND HANDOFF A packaging view for bagging orders, and a dispatch view for handing off to a customer at the counter. Small shop, one person on the floor? Combine them into a single screen. KNOW WHEN AN ORDER LANDS Push notifications the moment a new order arrives, plus optional light signaling over Bluetooth, so a bulb on the wall turns on when a ticket hits the kitchen. Nobody has to stand there watching the screen. PRINT LABELS AND TICKETS Connect an Epson receipt or label printer and print cup labels and order tickets straight from the app. SOLD OUT IN TWO TAPS Mark an item or an ingredient sold out and it stops being orderable in the customer app right away. No more taking orders for the thing you ran out of at 9am. Set counts by day of week, hide items completely, or check in the morning's pars in one pass. RUNS ON WHAT YOU HAVE iPhone or iPad. Mount it on the line or keep it in your apron. The app locks independently of your screen for a shared device on a counter. OrderFill requires an OrderFlow merchant account. It's included with your subscription; no separate charge, no per-device fee. Not on OrderFlow yet? Find us at orderflowapp.co. --- Questions or something broken mid-service?
