Swift and easy ordering
Visited a lovely restaurant in London who advertised OrderPay - hadn’t used the app previously but getting signed up was really quick and the actual ordering process took no time at all. Could specify any modifications to our meals and also left some notes for the kitchen! Everything I could’ve done but through my mobile instead of waiting for a waiter/waitress to be available.

Useless app
Tried a few times to use this app but always get error messages at payment, despite trying different payment methods (Apple pay, different cards) :-(
The only app I need for ordering
So convenient to have all my favourite venues in one place. Great design and so easy to order and pay. Loving the new tab feature too.
SCAMMERS DONT USE
the pub staff knew nothing about this app but app is selling food and drink for the pub. App refused to refund and the pub would not supply the drinks. Possible criminal enterprise.
Broken and ruins pubs
Error messages appear when completing payment, you then change payment type from Apple Pay to another card. Same error appears, you change payment card again, error with payment appears. Next thing you know the bar staff bring over 20 drinks when you only ordered 5 and they are unable to refund you.

I have tried many times to add my card details onto this app however every time it comes up with an error message. Apple pay has just appeared on it and even that doesn't even work!
If it did work this app would work perfectly thats why i have given it 1* instead of none!
EDIT- the app has recently updated and my card is now added, it works perfectly!

The app took forever to work!!! I could have brewed my own beer in the time it took to complete the order
Terrible
Terrible app, slow, painful and needs far too many details to be able to buy a drink. Took over 10 minutes to go through the process. Would only accept card if you use the photo function. Very frustrating experience and bad user journey. Venue is great, so a shame this app spoils the experience.

Great to have one app at last that you can use for different restaurants you use. So easy to reserve your table and then order what you want - really intuitive. Definitely recommend.
