About
"Just build us something good." Ask for a quote like that and every supplier prices a different assumption, leaving you with numbers you cannot compare.
OrderSpec NAVI turns a vague request into a requirements specification and a quotation request that every supplier can answer on the same terms. You do not just learn the theory — you produce the A4 PDFs you actually send.
LEARN
Seven lessons, about 75 minutes in total, from the basics of ordering through to the final checks before signing: setting a real goal, the difference between requests, requirements and specifications, how to write functional requirements, closing the gaps in non-functional requirements, an RFQ you can compare, why lowest price is the wrong test, and the pre-contract checklist. An eight-question quiz checks what stuck.
WRITE
The requirements builder and the RFQ builder assemble your input into a finished document. The vague wording drills give you practice turning "fast" and "easy" into conditions a test can pass or fail.
SEND
Generate the requirements specification and the quotation request as PDFs from your details and your project, across multiple A4 pages, ready to share. Anything you type in the practice builders carries straight over into the real documents.
GUIDE
Ten steps covering how to use the app and how to take it into a real purchase. The steps for real work show where you actually stand and carry a checklist saved on your device.
TEMPLATES
Three templates — requirements specification, quotation request, and quote comparison — ready to copy and share.
