OrderUpdate 360 ORA

Order Update is the order receiving app for your restaurant. New orders arrive with a sound and an on-screen alert, so nothing is missed during service. Accept an order, set how long it will take, and the customer is told straight away. WHAT YOU CAN DO • See new orders the moment they arrive • Accept or decline, and set a ready time • Track orders through preparing, ready and completed • View table reservations for the day • Take and manage dine-in table orders • Check stock and mark items unavailable • Print dockets to your kitchen printer BUILT FOR SERVICE Alerts keep sounding until someone responds, so an order cannot sit unnoticed. The app keeps running in the background so alerts still reach you between uses. Order Update works with your existing ordering system. You will need an account from your provider to sign in.
