Faulty
All of the sudden for the past few months, if I do an online deposit one day and then go back into the app the next day to do another, it freezes. Every.single.time. So i have to delete it, re-download it, update all my info again, and then repeat that cycle.
Major Downgrade
This newest version of the app, which is totally different than the banks previous one, is about 5 years behind in technology.
Previous Touch ID, gone.
Previous Touch ID for balance, gone.
Ability to deposit a check by taking a picture, gone.
Lame!!
Get with it or prepare to lose customers that know how to use a smartphone.
